The Art of Ayurveda | Ancient Secrets for Self Care
The Art of Ayurveda is an 18-module, self-paced virtual learning experience led by the two of us, Sierra and Molly. It is juicy, soulful and, from what our students so far are saying, truly life-changing. As a student in this course, you will step into your most radiant and awakened self by learning to:
✓ Understand your unique constitution and love yourself more deeply.
✓ Support digestion with clear guidelines of how to eat for your mind-body type.
✓ Sustain energy by establishing a routine that actually works for you.
✓ Enhance mood with rituals, exercises and meditations that restore joy.
What better way to invest in yourself this year?
“This course was incredibly eye opening for me, as I began to see the world through a completely new lens. Because I now understand my unique mind body type, I am now able to discern for myself which wellness trends are supportive to me, and which are not. This alone is invaluable to me as I continue to navigate my healing. The information is easy to understand, the content is beautifully organized, and the activities are super helpful in integrating the knowledge. I HIGHLY recommend everyone to take this course!”
