Practitioner Led

This is your chance to experience guidance that comes from working directly with two Certified Ayurvedic Practitioners. Meet 1:1 with your personal practitioner every week for 4 weeks as we move through preparation, cleansing, reintegration and rejuvenation.

Community Supported

When you join us for this guided group program, you will be held in community for ongoing accountability and connection — via a private group app and weekly live calls. As questions arise, you'll always know where to go!

Ayurvedic Learning

Get clear on how Ayurveda relates to you and dial in your Ayurvedic daily routine. Develop an understanding of key Ayurvedic concepts like doshas (mind body types), ama (toxins), agni (digestive fire), and ojas (the essence of resilience).
