Ingredients
1 cup warm organic whole milk or full-fat coconut milk
1 cup water
2-3 pinch cardamom/cinnamon/ginger (you choose)
1 pinch nutmeg
1 pinch black pepper
2-3 threads saffron
1 tsp maple syrup
METHOD
In a small pot, combine liquids and spices.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer for 5-10 minutes, partially covered.
Remove from heat, stir in sweetener.
Enjoy one hour before bed or throughout the day during your postpartum window.
