Hello there!

Molly McConnell, RYT 500, and Sierra Brashear, MA, are both Clinical Ayurvedic Practitioners and graduates of Alandi Ashram’s 2,000+ hour, National Ayurvedic Medical Association certified program. The two believe that self care is a radical act — reminding us that when we are vibrant and awake, we have the clarity and energy to show up for what we believe in. As co-founders of Cultivate Balance, the two offer Ayurveda education, herbal products and holistic lifestyle design consultation.
