My name is Sierra Brashear, MA, and I am a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, DONA-trained doula, herbalist and wellness educator. I have successfully supported hundreds of people through some of their most critical childbearing moments — from conscious conception through the joy of labor and birth.
Inspired by the rhythms and elements of nature, I weave my knowledge of Ayurveda into the wellness education and guidance I provide at Cultivate Balance. I believe that by tuning in to this ancient wisdom, we will discover contemporary ways to heal ourselves, our families and our planet. With a Masters degree in Environmental Peace and Security, I truly understand the ways in which we are deeply intertwined with the health and wellbeing of the planet at both the individual and the collective levels. I am a graduate of Alandi Ayurveda's 2-year 2,000+ hour Practitioner of Ayurveda program in Boulder, Colorado, and am also founder of Vibrant Souls and co-founder of Moon Bath.
